Terms and Conditions
Placement of order will result in the page going live immediately and a legally binding contract being entered into by either party.
Cancellation must be made in writing within 7 days of an order being placed. After the 7 day period this is a legally binding contract of purchase of an enhanced entry upon the BigPubGuide website.
Advertising of businesses within the BigPubGuide.co.uk web site remains, at all times, the discretion of the web site owner.
The web site owner maintains an Acceptable Usage Policy and any deviation from this shall cause any offending advert to be removed immediately it is discovered. Irregular checks of content are performed.
The web site owner reserves the right to add holding images or text to any enhanced entries that do not have images or updated text within 28 days of placing order.
All published advert costs are exclusive of VAT and remain valid for 12 months.
Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
Payment Options.
Option 1. £195 + vat for 12 months subscripton on the Big Pub Guide website as an enhanced entry.
Option 2. £35 + vat set up fee and 1st month's subscription and £15 + vat per month as an enhanced entry on the Big Pub Guide website for a minimum contract of 4 months, thereafter £15 + vat on a rolling contract unless a cancellation is recieved via email or in writing to the BIg Pub Guide.
Please ensure you have read the conditions carefully and agree to make payment with in 7 days upon receipt of invoice.
