The new Inn is well worth a visit, and is truly one of Devon's little gems.Click to zoom Email this pub The New Inn is a traditional 17th Century Inn situated in the beautiful hills of North Devon were you will always be greeted with a warm welcome. the New Inn is now under the new ownership of Sandie and John Cull.The pub is a typical north Devon thatched building with an idyllic enclosed patio area for eating & drinking.The menu is all home cooked and constantly changing -one week there may be Lamb Bobotie or beef & guinness pie ,another week there may be wild mushroom & chicken pie or Lamb tagine.Of course you have to follow it with sticky toffee roulade , highland brulee or chocolate bread & butter pudding. All our ingredients are sourced as locally as possible , sometimes even as locally as the village! There are real ales on tap, the new permanent ale comes from bays, a small south Devon brewery. There are also ever popular guest ales on offer. The cider has also changed to a local cider from 6 miles down the road in Winkleigh.
