We can arrange access to some of the best fishing beats on the River Taw which is generally accepted as THE Sea Trout & Salmon river of the Southwest. Rod prices per day are from £35 The Royal Horticultural Society showpiece, Rosemoor Gardens, is but a few miles away from the Inn offering an enchanting visit in each season of the year. Function Room Our modern conference and functions area equipped with overhead projector, large screen and flip charts can accommodate 50 people in theatre style or 70 for special party events. So, whether you choose from our daily changing bar menu or decide to select from the a la carte selection, our wonderful chefs are confident you'll find something to suit. Our food is all home prepared and sourced locally - Bon appetite! The comfortable, relaxing lounge and the beamed 'Anglers Arms' bar provide a cosy atmosphere in which to enjoy one of the cask beers, a glass of wine or a 'dram' from our selection of malts. The bar is also popular with the locals, as is the occasional home made entertainment evenings - so if you play an instrument or wish to hold a party using our facilities - do let us know.
