A small but perfectly formed 32 seat restaurant off Norfolk Square just up from the seafront on the border of Brighton and Hove.

The Gingerman Norfolk Square offers a perfectly intimate little restaurant which is available for private hire at lunch times or dinner.

As with each of our locations our philosophy is to create uncomplicated, full flavoured food made from the freshest, highest quality seasonal produce, simply presented
