The Pub is a traditional English Country Inn with a relaxed atmosphere, oak beams and a cosy log burning fire to enjoy your pint of real ale and smoke by during those cold winter nights.They have a well deserved listing in the Camra Good Beer Guide with 12 changing ales every week and a very clean well managed bar. There is a fabulous choice of menu using the freshest local ingredients from bar snacks to resturant meals with a special offer of 20% discount for OAP's Mon - Fri. A real treat for Mum is their excellent Sunday roasts which are great value at just £6.95 inc. coffee. The portions are exceptionally large in fact they challenge anybody to finish one! B & B is available with 2 letting rooms both having TV and coffee making facilities and a shared bathroom and W.C. Breakfast is included. Please note there is also a Z bed available for a child or small adult. You can also relax and enjoy a drink or 2 on their patio during the Summer months.
