 Email this pub The Butterleigh Inn is a splendid 400-year-old traditional Devonshire cob building that has been a delightful Country Inn for many years, taken on by Peter & Tina in 2006.
Both locals and visitors enjoy the relaxed and homely atmosphere. Full of character, the inn has several small, cosy bar areas, each of which offers the perfect place for customers to settle down and savor some fine hospitality, great food and drink and good conversation.
Customers can expect a good selection of "real ales" including local Ales such as Tawny from the local "Cotleigh Brewery" and a changing "guest ale" as well as "keg beers", "lagers" and "ciders", and a fine range of international wines from which to choose. Well known for the "excellent food", with a range of tempting dishes, at lunchtime and dinner, including delicious "daily specials".
Not only can "The Butterleigh Inn" offer a great selection of drinks, scrumptious meals for all tastes and a home from home atmosphere, they have fantastic "Bed & Breakfast" facilities.
All rooms have their own en-suite facilities, tea & coffee in each room with "television". Everyone at The "Butterleigh Inn" will go out of their way to ensure a fantastic stay. Not forgetting the exceptional Full English Breakfast.

We have a large secure car park, only one hour from the Plymouth ferry terminal.
All Inclusive Clay Pigeon Shooting Weekend
2 Nights dinner bed and breakfast for a maximum of 6 people on selective Fridays and Saturdays commencing the 2nd of November to March 2008.
A full days shooting on Saturdays commencing at 10am at a properly dedicated clay pigeon shoot under strict supervision there will be two rounds of seventy birds at seven separate stands.
A light buffet lunch with tea and coffee will be provided by the shoot. Sunday nights and Wednesday nights are poker nights.
