 Email this pub The Ritz is the new home of the Studio Bar. Hidden away behind the Globe Inn on Queen Street is a 1930's art deco cinema. The Ritz is run as a Community trust and within that remit the Studio Bar promotes live entertainment seven nights a week. The venue is a haven for musicians, artists, poets, comedians and anyone who wants to perform music on jam nights, or just enjoy a drink and a chat in the bar's intimate atmosphere. The different nights are themed to different musical tastes.

The Studio Bar is a Free house and offers a wide selection of wines, beers, lagers, spirits and soft drinks. Sharp's Doom Bar, Skinners Haligan Honey and Betty Stoggs are our very popular cask ales. We have a covered area in the Beer Garden for smokers. There is also a Pool Table in the Foyer.!
