Click to zoom Email this pub The Kings head is situated in the centre of the Cotswold village Kings Stanley overlooking the village cricket green. Ideally placed for walkers on the "Cotswold Way" we offer an extensive lunch menu from baguettes to "steak and chips" as well as delicious home cooked food which you'll find on the Specials Board.Easily reached just 2 miles from the M5 Junction 13 we make an ideal stop off on long journeys and have ample car parking facilities. Coach parties are also welcome but please do pre-book. We offer evening meals from 5.30pm to 8.30pm Mon-Sat and our a la carte restaurant is open on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturday evenings. On Sundays a traditional roast with all the trimmings and fresh vegetables is served from 12 until 3pm. Why not come down on Wednesday evening for our popular curry night and work up an appetite with a game of skittles in the "skittle alley" first. After a game skittles there's plenty more to amuse you with darts and a pool table. Look out for our monthly live band slots, "disco" and "karaoke" - ring for more details. For those of you who like to give the grey matter a bit of a workout our "quiz night" should do the trick every sunday evening from 7.30pm. We cater for weddings, parties and christenings etc... with several function rooms available and a choice of set menus - again call for more details and we will be happy to discuss your requirements. Every Wednesday Lunchtime we offer a discounted Menu for our more mature Customers. Accommodation is now available from £35.00 per room a night. We are within easy reach of Cheltenham Races and Bath races approx.20mins of Cheltanham and 30 mins of bath. |
