 Email this pub The Black Horse is ideally situated in the central market street in Skipton, the Gateway to the Dales. This 15th century pub, now a grade II listed building on the High Street has a traditional interior with oak beams, horse brasses and real ales and offers great service and a friendly welcome.
They have a large bar and dining area to the rear of the pub, with a heated balcony overlooking the canal. The menu offers a wide choice of snacks & meals and freshly ground coffee served all day 12pm - 5pm. Exceptional value food with their offer of 2 meals for �8 and buy 1 dessert get 1 free offer.
The Black Horse boasts 2 function rooms, a smaller meeting room with a capacity for 50 and a larger function room with a capacity for 190 with its own dance floor, stage and bar, ideal for parties and celebrations of any kind.
There is a fabulous beer garden over looking the canal which has heating, lighting and jumberellas, ideal for those Summer days and nights.
During the day time enjoy good value meals and the beer garden which attracts local shoppers and business people who can take advantage of the free WiFi internet access and at night time this is a lively venue attracting a younger crowd.
