Name: The Kings Arms Location: Keighley The history of The King's Arms goes way back to the 17th century. The property originally belonged to the Lord of the Manor and was sold in 1763. In 1841 Enoch Thomas, a friend of Branwell Bronte, was the Innkeeper.

The Inn has a most unusual history. The current private rooms, which are upstairs, were home to the Manorial Courts, whilst the local undertaker used the cellar as a mortuary! With its gruesome past, it is probably not surprising that the locals claim that The King's Arms may be haunted!

Whilst the Kings Arms retains it's old world charm the facilities have been brought to a standard to satisfy the most discerning of 21st century
