Cornwall Name: Blue Anchor Location: St Columb John and Mary Rickard have managed this charming old Inn for more than 25 years and John has, quite rightly, been awarded all sorts of certificates for his skill and dedication in serving the public. The Inn is a St Austell Brewery pub and the true mark of a top notch landlord is demonstrated by the way John keeps his cellar. I would state that no finer pint of real ale can be found anywhere in Cornwall. Mary's food is a local byword, freshly cooked, beautifully presented and extremely good value for money.
